VESSEL NAME & LOCATION: Right shoulder. Probably will go with Tekiki, where teki is for the first kanji in 躑躅 (tsutsuji, azalea)
VESSEL FORM: A scarf with a flower-shaped clasp
POWER: Flora manipulation. She would give her god the ability to sprout plants of all sorts and make existing ones grow. Probably not to the extent of making a really tall tree pop out of nowhere, but herbs or flowers or medium-sized plants should be fine.
GOD: Hebe (Zeno)
